In order to manage your Email Hosting Orders, you need to search for them from within your Control Panel with Redcapdomains.com, and access their Order Information view.

To List/Search and Manage Email Hosting Orders

1. Login to your Control Panel:

   For Resellers: 1

   For Customers: 2

2. Next, click

   For Resellers: Products -> List All Orders.

   For Customers: Manage Orders -> List/Search Orders.

3. Search for the Email Hosting Order(s) by selecting Web Services under the For Product drop-down menu.

   Note

   For Resellers: You may search for Orders belonging to your Sub-Resellers by selecting the Include Sub-Reseller's results check box.

4. On the next page, you would see a list of Web Services Orders bought through Redcapdomains.com. Click any domain name associated with a Email Hosting Order to reach its Overview.

5. Click the Email tab to reach the Order Information view, from where you can perform any modifications to the Order.
